Board and Control committee elections 2025

Dear members of the Czech Neuroscience Society,

Every four years, our Society renews its Board and Control Committee. The next period begins this year, and the respective election process will take place in May 2025. This includes the nomination of candidates followed by voting. 

Although the formal documents and voting application are in Czech, all members who wish to actively contribute to the Society's Board are warmly encouraged to participate. Being a CNS Board member requires an extra work, but it enables to shape the Society activitites and general impact. A new wind is welcome, so do not hesitate to get nomination and ask your colleagues for a support. 

Every nominee will have the opportunity to present his/her ideas on the CNS web before the final voting.

Since the invitations will be sent from an electronic voting system using the email address: invitations@mail.electionbuddy.com, ev. noreply@greception.com, we RECOMMEND everyone regularly checks as well his/her spam folders.

Important terms -

1) by April 30th please be sure you updated your email contact in CLS JEP database. Easy check - did you get directly (without any automatic forwarding) an email about the election announcement from neuroved@biomed.cas.cz? If yes, all seems fine, if not, please fix it at the CLS JEP membership office:

2) From May 5 to May 13, 2025, you will have the opportunity to nominate candidates from among all eligible members of the Society. A notification about the start of the nomination will be sent to your email via the electronic voting system from the address: noreply@greception.com.

3) From May 26 to June 1 midnight, 2025, you will be able to vote for candidates who, in the meantime, have confirmed their candidacy, including their consent to actively participate in the Society's bodies if elected.

All important instructions will arrive into your mailbox when actual. Formal details can be found in the attached document bellow.
