CNS 2025 Conference Venue

The conference takes place in the main building of The Faculty of Medicine in Pilsen, Charles University.

Venue and Directions

The Faculty building is located next to the Faculty Hospital Lochotín, along Tram Line No. 1 (station U Gery, approximately 600 m away). This tram line provides a direct connection to both the city center and the main train station.

From the tram stop, follow the main street east for about 300 m, then turn right to enter the campus.

For car travelers - If you've opted for a parking spot, just head to the campus, ring the barrier, and tell the person on the intercom you're here for the conference.

The main entrance will be open from 7:30 to 11:00. Outside these hours, please ring the bell at the door and mention that you are attending the Neuroconference.

Conference Location

The conference will take place on the second floor of the main building:

  • Posters and Exhibitors: 2nd floor lobby

  • Oral Sessions and Keynote Lectures: Green Hall auditorium (adjacent to the lobby)

  • Workshops: Seminar rooms on the 2nd floor

Refreshments

  • Breakfast and Snacks: Available at the cafeteria on the first floor.

  • Coffee breaks will be served in the Poster area

  • Lunch: In the Mensa (basement level, -1 floor).

    • You can choose from three ready-made meals or compose your own from a hot and cold buffet.

    • Approximate price: 150 CZK for a two-course meal.

  • Dinner: Will also take place in the Mensa, served as a self-service buffet. Cost free for all attendees
