Young Neuroscientist Award 2025

Dear colleagues,

As in the previous years, the Committee of the Czech Neuroscience Society announces a call to nominate candidates for..

Award for an outstanding work published by young neuroscientist in years 2023 - 2024.

As a proposal for the Award please send at least one paper published in an international impacted scientific journal in year 2023 or 2024. Only research papers are accepted. In case of printed journals, the date of print is the decisive one. The nominee has to be the first author on the paper, must be under 35 years old, and has to be a member of the Czech Neuroscience Society at the time the work was published. Other papers from the same period might be submitted as a supporting material. A short professional CV has to be included in the proposal.

The proposal can be only raised either by the nominee or by his/her institution.

The Award cannot be given to the same nominee twice within the period of five years. In the case of more outstanding candidates, the Society can give more Awards.

The Award will be publicly presented at the Czech Neuroscience 2025 conference, and the winner will be granted a financial reward.
